Job Description – What You Will Do
You will be the part time CFO of several companies and spend some time as well on side projects for Coactiv or other specific missions for clients such as fund raising or M&A. Our missions are very diverse depending on the context, hence no mission looks like a previous one which makes our job unique and rich.
Our CFO Missions Consist Of
Lead the finance operations. Produce financial documents: monthly reports (P&L / cash / runway), budget, business plan, cash forecast, dashboard, spot analysis, ...
Assist the management in its strategic operations as a finance business partner / be part of the executive committee of the startup
Review and improve the financial processes
Lead / assist the relationship with stakeholders: accounting firms, lawyers, banks, shareholders…
Who are we looking for
You have a finance background of at least 5 years in Audit / Transaction services / Finance department within a corporate / ...
