Primary Function of Position

The Clinical Territory Associate (CTA) works closely with the Clinical Sales Manager to gain comprehensive knowledge in all aspects of the business, including technical, clinical, and sales. The CTA trains to become a da Vinci Surgery technical and sales expert across all primary surgical specialties to develop surgical robotics programs in the assigned territory. During the first year, the CTA focuses on the technical and clinical aspects; during the second year, the focus shifts toward sales. The CTA supports a specific region by maximizing the utilization of installed da Vinci Surgical Systems through product demonstrations/in‑services and sales activities.
