As the D365 F&O Technical Lead, you will be the primary authority on the technical health and architectural integrity of our ERP ecosystem. You will bridge the gap between functional requirements and technical execution, leading a global development team to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions. You aren't just overseeing code; you are defining the technical roadmap for a business-critical platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design end-to-end technical architectures for D365 F&O, ensuring alignment with best practices, scalability, and Update Safe development standards.
- Team Orchestration: Lead and mentor onshore and offshore development teams. You will be responsible for workload distribution, sprint planning, and technical troubleshooting & development.
