Duties and Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Delivery
- Plan and manage technical tasks for CRM projects.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager on project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Update project plans and track progress.
Technical Leadership
- Review solution designs to ensure security, scalability, and quality.
- Review requirements, test plans, and traceability documents.
- Resolve technical issues during SIT and UAT.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor developers.
- Manage CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and DevOps processes.
Team & Vendor Collaboration
- Work with internal teams to deliver project milestones.
- Support vendor evaluation and monitor technical deliverables.
- Lead technical discussions and escalated issues when needed.
