Responsibilities
- Partner with sales and product teams to design and deliver tailored cybersecurity solutions
- Lead technical demonstrations, proof‑of‑concept testing, and client engagement workshops
- Develop technical proposals to meet customer security requirements
- Provide end‑to‑end technical support across pre‑sales and post‑sales phases
- Stay updated on emerging security technologies and industry trends to strengthen solution design
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Strong understanding of security architecture, OSI model, TCP/IP, network security, and protocols
- Hands‑on experience with security technologies such as firewalls and intrusion prevention systems (IPS)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT security or a related technical role
