Cybersecurity Manager - Zero Trust architectures

About the Role

We are looking for a Cybersecurity Manager specialised in Zero Trust architectures, with a profile that combines deep technical execution and strategic vision. You will lead security transformation projects aligned with the “never trust, always verify” model, designing and implementing end-to-end Zero Trust architecture in international client environments—from maturity assessment to the deployment of identity, microsegmentation, and access control.

Responsibilities

Zero Trust Architecture & Design

• Define and implement Zero Trust adoption strategies and roadmaps aligned with frameworks (NIST SP 800-207, CISA Zero Trust Maturity Model).
• Design reference architectures based on Zero Trust pillars: identity, devices, networks, applications/workloads, and data.
• Conduct Zero Trust maturity assessments and translate them into risk-prioritised implementation plans.
