Cybersecurity Lead: IT & OT Security Operations

Meralco PowerGen (MGEN) is seeking a Cybersecurity Lead/SME to protect its operations against cyber threats. This role involves implementing cybersecurity measures, ensuring compliance with Philippine regulations, and managing incident responses.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Information Security or related fields, alongside relevant certifications. Experience in IT or cybersecurity (especially in energy/utilities) is preferred, along with strong analytical and communication skills.
