CX & Salesforce Solution Architect: Lead & Design Solutions

ABeam Consulting (Singapore) is looking for an experienced CX Business & Salesforce Solution Architect to guide delivery of Salesforce solutions in Malaysia. This role requires a strong background in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and customer experience initiatives. You will lead workshops and translate business requirements into effective Salesforce solutions while supporting team governance and project delivery.

Ideal candidates should have at least 10 years in Salesforce consulting, strong stakeholder management skills, and proven experience in leading project teams. Certifications in relevant Salesforce domains are advantageous.
