Overview

The EU ATS Quality team is seeking a Process Improvement Specialist who leads outbound quality performance for an assigned EU country or region. The role combines performance management with driving central programs. Location options: Madrid or Barcelona. Availability to travel 20-30% of the time.

Key responsibilities

  • Own country / regional quality performance through the WBR / MBR / QBR cadence; identify root causes of defects across upstream, in-site, and downstream contributors; own corrective actions.
  • Drive site engagement — visit affected sites, conduct Gemba walks, and partner with shift leadership to embed quality standards on the ground.
  • Lead high-impact EU-wide programs that target recurring structural defect patterns, end-to-end from problem definition through launch and measurement.
