Performs field service jobs as assigned, ensuring customer satisfaction, safety compliance and meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform assigned field service jobs and/or according to maintenance schedule in a timely manner and submit complete documentation to Service Engineer.
- Complete and submit service reports timely to department's coordinator for capturing of man hours and traveling hours into SAP.
- Conduct testing and equipment failure analysis on customers' equipment to improve stability and recommend parts when necessary.
- Maintain allocated service tools and all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) issued in accordance to required EHS standards and company policies.
- Maintain the upkeep of service facilities and service vehicles according to 5S standards and recommend repair and servicing as required.
