Customs Operation Manager

**Abilities**:
- High competencies in communication and influence
- Ample knowledge of both Mexican & US Customs Laws & regulations
- Strong collaboration and support with different departments: Finance, EHS, Security, HR, Divisions; etc.
- Solid leadership skills including team-building and conflict resolution and management
**Specify requirements**:
- Language skills: 100 % Bilingual Spanish/English
- Knowledgeable in Annex 24/Annex 30 Administration
- Previous Mexican & US Customs Inhouse Broker license
- Knowledge in both Mexican & US Customs Law, procedures and complimentary legislation.
- Experience in both Mexican & US Customs audits
- Additional: Microsoft Office, Darwin, BMS, AS400, Macola.
Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per month
