Customs Data Entry & Classification Specialist

FedEx Group is seeking a qualified individual in Mexico, Jalisco, Región Centro, to handle merchandise classification in accordance with customs regulations.
Responsibilities include clerical tasks, customer interaction, and record maintenance.
Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and prior experience in customer service or customs clearance.This role requires knowledge of import/export duties, good communication skills, and physical capability to handle packages.
Fluent English is preferred.
