Customs Compliance

Requirements:

1. Language: English, Spanish.
2. Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
3. Work Experience: More then 10 years of experience in the following areas:

• Export and import customs operations
• FTA origin determination and issuance of Certificates of Origin (C/O)
• Recordkeeping and maintenance of supporting documents for FTA origin determinations
• Hands-on experience in applying for and renewing Mexico trade programs related to import/export customs, such as IMMEX, Rule 8, PROSEC, and SENER
• Managing compliance requirements for Mexico trade programs related to import/export customs, such as IMMEX, Rule 8, PROSEC, and SENER
• AEO certification-related tasks and processes
