Job Descriptions:

Receiving pre-alert for Export / Import shipments

Creating Customs Declarations once get draft or final supporting documents from Customer

Received and check the required instruction, information, and documents to complete the Customs declaration as per regulations compliance

Confirm required documentation for the appropriate Customs procedure

Provide an update of Inward manifest data to Import declaration once vessel arrived and ask confirmation from Customer

Transmit data through CEISA 4.0 for final Customs declaration

Check and monitoring the Customs response

Share duty payment to billing team, DSV Finance and Customers to proceed

Share response of the shipments to Customers and send emails for booking trucking to Domestic Services team
