Principal Functions

• Lead shipping schedule and notify involved departments or clients about arrival dates.
• Negotiate with local and foreign transport lines and insurance agencies, especially at Customs agencies, authorizing payments.
• Supervise the tracking of the ongoing material and drive investigations to find root causes of damages, miss charges or extra expenses on fleets and insurance.
• Oversee import/export documentation expedition, keeping actualized information of import/export costs, licenses and restrictions from MEX‑US Customs.
• Help to elaborate Maquila programs at SECOFI, generating and presenting mandatory reports on SAT.
• Responsible for thrust, traffic system accomplishment and MEX‑US customs normativity accomplishment.
• Keep integrity in Traffic System (prices, inventory).
