Customer Team Leader
Location: 8-10 Stainland Road Greetland, Halifax, HX4 8AD. Pay: £14.48 per hour. Contract: 16 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent, part‑time.
Working pattern: Closing shifts from mid‑afternoon through to late evening and close. Availability across the week must include at least one weekend shift (Friday after 6pm, any shift on Saturday, or any shift on Sunday). Availability will be discussed further at interview.
You must be aged 18+ to authorise age‑related sales.
What you’ll do
- Own the day‑to‑day running of the store by leading the team on your shift.
- Motivate, coach, and support your team to deliver great service and efficient operations.
- Work hands‑on on the shop floor and tills, supporting daily operations and setting the pace for a team of Customer Team Members.
