Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative – MATERNITY LEAVE COVERAGE – 12–18 MONTHS CONTRACT
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service in a timely manner, including product/technical information, order status, warranties support, shipping and returns.
- Review mechanical plans and specifications.
- Provide solutions and product selections as needed.
- Prepare HVAC equipment pricing and quotations.
- Prepare AutoCAD drawings.
- Liaise between customers and internal departments including operations, customer service, engineering, procurement and finance.
- Execute all aspects of the sales function including order processing, purchase orders, quotes and delivery dates – ensure accuracy of information being entered to guarantee correct item(s) are ordered.
