About the Role
As the Customer Support Team Lead, you will lead a team focused on the internal Billing operation within the Support team. You will coach, mentor, and manage a global team of high‑performing employees, driving growth and ensuring excellence in customer service.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Support Billing team, conducting performance management and development: weekly check‑ups, 1:1s, monthly career paths, and quarterly reviews.
- Monitor and coach team quality assurance and efficiency metrics.
- Manage key results (project management, scoping, reporting) to achieve objectives.
- Handle escalations and manage clients at risk of churn.
- Collaborate with Success, Sales, and other teams to deliver best support for clients and internal processes.
- Create and update internal features and documentation related to the Billing support operation.
