dotdigital is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to be the first point of contact for Alia users. You will help merchants troubleshoot issues, answer product questions, and guide them through best practices to ensure an exceptional experience.
You’ll collaborate with our Customer Success, Engineering, and Product teams to resolve issues quickly and identify opportunities to improve both our product and support processes. Experience with Intercom, Shopify, and Slack is highly valued.
