What You Will Do
- Provide top-tier support to our players via Live Chat and Email, ensuring fast and accurate resolutions
- Assist players with account verification processes (KY C), deposit/withdrawal inquiries, and bonus explanations
- Identify and elevate technical issues or potential fraudulent activities (AML alerts)
- Promote Responsible Gamin practices and guide players according to our compliance policies
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction (CSAT) while adapting to the fast-paced nature of the iGaming industry
