Customer Support Specialist (Retail & Logistics) - Fulltime, Onsite
Schedule: Monday-Friday (7am to 4pm PHT)
Skills Required
- At least 1 year of experience in order management, deliveries, returns, and refunds
- Strong customer service experience (calls, email, case handling)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Problem-solving and complaint resolution skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time-sensitive requests
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders (stores, warehouse, delivery teams)
Nice to Have
- Background in retail, e-commerce, or logistics support
- Experience using ticketing systems (Zendesk, Freshdesk, etc.)
- Knowledge of order management, deliveries, returns, and refunds
- Familiarity with SOPs and process improvements
