Customer Support Specialist (Retail & Logistics) - Fulltime, Onsite

Schedule: Monday-Friday (7am to 4pm PHT)

Skills Required

  • At least 1 year of experience in order management, deliveries, returns, and refunds
  • Strong customer service experience (calls, email, case handling)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Problem-solving and complaint resolution skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time-sensitive requests
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders (stores, warehouse, delivery teams)

Nice to Have

  • Background in retail, e-commerce, or logistics support
  • Experience using ticketing systems (Zendesk, Freshdesk, etc.)
  • Knowledge of order management, deliveries, returns, and refunds
  • Familiarity with SOPs and process improvements
  • Understanding of customer protection/consumer policies
