About the Role

Join our Monterrey Center of Excellence and support our U.S. and Canada operations through accurate shipment data entry, appointment scheduling, tracking, and resolution of delivery exceptions. You’ll work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with a team of 10–20 people and partnering with multiple groups to deliver outstanding service to carriers and customers.
