Tech9 is looking for a passionate Customer Service Representative in Mexicali, Baja California. In this role, you’ll support American clients, resolve their issues, and document interactions accurately within our CRM system.

The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for customer service, preferably with call center experience and 90% proficiency in English. We offer a gross salary of $15,000 pesos per month and weekly performance-based bonuses up to $2,100.
