Customer Support Specialist (Hybrid Barcelona)
Fast-growing fitness tehnology Company, that owns an B2C apps to log workouts, progresses, design routines and maintain a social fitness community, is looking for a: To join their growing team. In this role, you’ll be the frontline voice for their users, resolving issues quickly and throughfully, and making sure every interaction leaves a positive impression. You’ll handle support tickets, collaborate with our product and engineering teams, and play a key role in shaping how we support millions of users around the world.
Responsibilities
- Answer and resolve support tickets using Zendesk.
- Escalate complex tickets to senior support, or the dev and product teams when needed.
- Troubleshoot user issues across the apps.
- Reproduce and document bugs to help the team squash them faster.
- Use tools like Zendesk, Notion, and Trello to manage the support workflow.
