About the role:
The Analyst will be responsible for providing technical support for the Yardi accounting system, used globally by CBRE. This includes assisting users with system configurations, creating and deactivating entities, importing budgets, and managing system access. Additionally, this professional will act as the main point of contact for resolving support tickets via ServiceNow, working closely with teams in India, Poland, and the United States.
