We're Hiring: Customer Care Representative (Credit Control)
Location: Johar Town, Lahore (On-site)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday | 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
Job Type: Full-time | Permanent
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end credit control for an international client portfolio (UK, Canada & USA).
Proactively monitor customer accounts and follow up on overdue payments via calls, emails, and written communication.
Conduct credit checks for new and existing clients using approved credit referencing tools.
Set, review, and manage credit limits in line with company policies and risk assessments.
Handle billing issues and resolve disputes efficiently to ensure timely collections.
Maintain accurate records of client communications, payment statuses, and credit terms.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, and Legal teams to support collection activities.
Prepare regular reports on aged receivables, cash collections, and credit risk exposure.
