We are hiring for the CUSTOMER SUPPORT role at Transec BPO . We are looking for an experienced Customer Support professional with a sharp service delivery mindset. In this role, you will provide the best possible client care and deliver seamless transactions about our products and services through the phone.
Responsibilities
- Professionally analyze and resolve incoming customer calls with the goal of providing the best possible workaround.
- Craft a positive customer service experience with each interaction.
- Ensure all contacts made with customers are logged into the system meticulously and in a timely manner for proper documentation.
