Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to members of the company and other individuals seeking assistance by answering questions about products or services, processing orders, and handling complaints
- Maintain relationships with current customers by providing them with product information and promotional offers
- Adhere to and meet set schedules, deadlines, and quotas
- Accurately and efficiently encode all data, ensuring that entered data aligns with original documentation/requirements
- Perform administrative tasks such as greeting clients, answering phones, and scheduling appointments
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Perform any other office tasks as assigned by the manager
