Responsibilities include resolving customer queries, recommending solutions and guiding product users through features and functionalities. To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator who’s able to earn our clients’ trust.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Evangelist for customer service experiences
- Handle any customer complaints & bring resolutions to problems
- Rapport building with clients
- Tracking customer cases in the company ticket tracking system until closure
- Responding to customer live chats requests
- Answering incoming calls from clients in North America
- Making outbound calls to clients to follow up on active support tickets
REQUIREMENTS
- English proficiency & fluency in North American accent English
- 1-2 years’ experience in a call center
- College or University graduate
- Team player & interpersonal skills
