The Role

Apollo.io seeks a Product Advocate to deliver exceptional customer experiences through deep product expertise and strong communication skills. The role troubleshoots and resolves customer issues, optimizes support processes, and contributes to Apollo’s values-driven culture. Location: Metro Manila, Philippines. Full English fluency required.
