Overview

We are looking for a Support Consultant to oversee the stability and continuous improvement of a telecommunications platform within a high-demand technical environment. You will act as the highest level of technical escalation, collaborating with multiple teams to resolve critical incidents and strengthen operational reliability.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the resolution of critical incidents affecting telecommunications services and infrastructure.
  • Analyze recurring technical issues to identify structural weaknesses and propose long-term improvements.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and technical teams to implement permanent solutions across the platform.
  • Act as the main technical liaison between end-users, internal teams, and international Tier-1 providers.
