Helps in the communication between customers and the SHOP assuring the fulfillment of both internal and external requirements clear and on time
**Description compl�mentaire**:
- Assures that the information shared related to the perforance of the SHOP is clear and on time
- Attends internal and external requirements scalated by customers and / or support areas of the SHOP
- participates in the performance of the Purchase Orders in the SHOP to fullfil internal KPI's
- Monitors the fullfilment of the forcasted demand from customers

- Basic knowledge of aircraft engines
- Perseverance in the achievement of objectives
- Influence and Negotiation
- Trend towards service
- Organization
- Power BI and french are a plus *
