About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and client-focused Customer Support Agent to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, helping them navigate customs clearance processes and get the most out of our compliance platform. You’ll work closely with internal teams to resolve inquiries efficiently and ensure an outstanding customer experience.
What You'll Do
- Support clients with customs clearance questions and compliance processes
- Troubleshoot platform issues and guide users through solutions
- Work with internal documentation and knowledge base to resolve cases independently
- Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams when needed
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and resolutions
What We're Looking For
