You will support German customers across phone, email, and chat, ensuring
excellent service for orders, deliveries, returns, and product enquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries in German (phone, email, chat)
- Assist with orders, deliveries, returns, and product info
- Provide professional, friendly customer support
- Resolve complaints and elevate issues when needed
- Record all interactions accurately in systems
