Role Purpose The role is of customer engagement for solar products by delivering excellent customer service, conducting product demonstrations, and building strong customer relationships to ensure business growth. Roles and Responsibilities 1. Customer Service & Support Provide excellent customer service during the sales and post-sales process. Assist customers with installation and troubleshooting of inverters. Address customer queries and ensure timely resolution. 2.
