About the Role
CaratBee is hiring a Customer Support Executive to handle our US and UK customers across voice and email. This is a front-line role you will be the brand's voice to international customers, resolving queries, managing orders, and turning problems into good experiences.
Strictly on-site from our Surat office. Remote, hybrid, and work-from-home applications will not be considered.
