What You'll Do Handle customer queries via chat, email, WhatsApp, and calls. Assist customers with onboarding, product usage, billing, and account-related issues. Troubleshoot basic technical issues and coordinate with internal teams for resolution. Manage support tickets and ensure timely responses and closures.
