Customer Support Engineer

We are seeking a motivated individual who has hardware technical knowledge on x86 infrastructure enterprise products to join our dynamic team in Singapore. This position requires a strong blend of technical expertise, customer service orientation and effective communication skills to play a crucial role in providing technical support, diagnostic testing, repair and resolution of hardware, operating system, virtualization and infrastructure in dynamic enterprise environments.

• Provide field support based on SLA (24x7)
• Perform standby duty based on rotation basis
• Provide post‑sales project implementation, onsite support and coordination
