Description We are seeking a Customer Support Engineer to join our PPDC team in India. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our customers, ensuring they have a seamless experience with our products. Responsibilities Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to product functionality and performance.
