ROLE OVERVIEW

The Customer Support Engineer plays a critical role in supporting the execution and communication of the company’s engine maintenance activity across its global MRO network. This individual serves as the central point of coordination between Technical Product Managers, shop teams, and both internal and external customers, ensuring accurate, timely, and clear communication of engine status, technical updates, and maintenance progress. This is not a traditional engineering role focused on design or deep technical ownership. It is a highly visible, execution-oriented position that sits at the intersection of technical understanding and customer communication. RESPONSIBILITIES
