Customer Support Associate (Travel)
Purpose of the Role
Serve as Amadeus Customer Care Management customers’ first line of support through all incoming channels (phone, portal, email, etc.) and handle functional queries across Amadeus solutions, ensuring timely and quality assistance within the prescribed service level agreements.
Responsibilities
- Provide assistance to customers requiring support on Amadeus Solutions within the prescribed SLA.
- Answer all calls and manage inbound queries from Amadeus customers, including those from extended territories.
- Resolve queries within the SLA; if a request is forwarded to another department or supplier, follow up until completion and provide regular feedback to the customer.
- Handle both basic and complex queries that may require extensive investigation and troubleshooting.
