Customer Support Associate – OPS – CS - Collections

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Collections Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing outstanding payments from B2B clients.

This position requires contacting clients to follow up on overdue invoices and payments, maintaining accurate records of collections activities, negotiating payment arrangements when necessary, collaborating with internal departments to resolve billing issues, and preparing collections reports and status updates.
