- First Point of Contact: Manage all incoming inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email with a professional and calm demeanor.
- Lead Coordination: Record accurate lead details and schedule consultations, site surveys, and support visits.
- Support & Escalation: Route technical or billing queries to the relevant teams and ensure all customer issues are followed through to resolution.
