The role involves handling customer inquiries (via phone or email) regarding products managed by our client, a major Japanese IT company. Some training will be provided. Therefore, prior IT experience is not required if the candidate has sufficient call center experience.
Working Hours: 8-hour shifts between 9:00 AM – 11:00 PM (currently 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM JST)
