Based in India, this position is responsible for supporting Middle East and Africa operations.
Analyst Customer Supply Chain Provide dedicated customer service support to an assigned channel of customers and sales groups.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for assigned customer accounts for the entire order life cycle responsibilities include Inventory Management, and logistics management to ensure orders are shipped to the agreed TATs.
Place orders, EDI, manual, and rush orders for both Customers and sales representatives.
Take ownership of and resolve complex customer inquiries through extensive research, a detailed understanding of Order life cycle, systems, and practices; provide timely and informative responses.
Prepare International shipping documents (Commercial invoice, Packing list, Shipper's Letter of Instruction (SLI), Export declaration, etc.
Manage logistics from Ocean Freight, Airfreight & Inland freight ensuring the accuracy and verification of docume...
