The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a results-driven mindset, ensuring team members meet client expectations and receive ongoing training. The role requires at least 3 years of BPO leadership experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Excel.

Work hours are 8 AM to 5 PM CST, Monday through Friday. The salary range is PHP 40,000.00 - 52,000.00 with additional responsibilities including performance management and cross-department collaboration.
