Join Clio as a Customer Success Specialist focused on training initiatives in Toronto, Vancouver, or Calgary. Help enhance customer relationships through innovative enablement programs and tools.
As part of Clio’s Revenue Enablement team, you will design customer success training programs that support engagement throughout the customer journey. You will leverage your insights to boost adoption, upsells, and retention while collaborating with various departments for optimal impact.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and deliver enablement programs including onboarding sessions
• Translate product launches into actionable communication for CSMs
• Maintain and update certification content for customer success
• Analyze performance data to inform program enhancements
• Oversee coaching reviews on customer interactions
