Customer Success Representative (Contract) (Mississauga)

This is a 3 month contract position from July to September 2026 with opportunity for extension based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer experience to Embark customers and prospects.
• Identify customer needs and provide best solution or guidance in the best interests of customers.
• Act as subject matter expertise for RESP and assist customer requests for RESP related services over the phone, e‑mail, and online chat, including contributions, payments and general account related inquiries.
