In this role, you will protect that business by helping beauty and wellness professionals unlock the full potential of Booksy from day one. Your primary mission is to get new B2B clients fully operational and winning within their first 30 days.
You will build strong, consultative relationships with entrepreneurs, moving beyond basic tech support to become a trusted advisor who helps them eliminate administrative chaos.
Daily expectations include:
- Delivering expert training sessions that make platform setup seamless for new providers.
- Reaching out proactively via phone, email, and WhatsApp to keep clients on track for key activation milestones.
- Troubleshooting implementation challenges confidently while maintaining a People First approach.
- Acting as a core functional expert, helping non-technical business owners understand our ecosystem easily.<...
