What You’ll Do
- Be the primary lead for high‑value customers, building and maintaining strong relationships with counterparts and partners as a trusted advisor.
- Lead customer onboarding, helping clients start using the Redis platform and driving adoption.
- Project‑manage and provide world‑class guidance for new client integrations and post‑launch expansion initiatives.
- Work closely with commercial teammates to identify business goal opportunities and develop account strategy.
- Identify and mitigate churn risk proactively.
What You’ll Need to Have
- 3+ years of customer‑facing experience, preferably in Customer Success for enterprise software.
- Experience with enterprise or dynamic technical accounts.
- Proven ability to grow customer relationships and deepen understanding of the customer’s business.
